Associate Membership
Associate Membership with the Institute of Real Estate Management is open to individuals who are engaged in property, asset and facilities management of all property types; or who work for real estate companies, corporate real estate departments, or government agencies. Associate membership also welcomes those individuals who are just launching their careers in real estate and experienced professionals that are not pursuing designation/certification with IREM. Industry Partner
An Industry Partner is a vendor or contractor who provides services or products to the property management industry. The Industry Partner program was created to foster professional relationships between IREM Chapter 9 Members and local vendors and contractors. The program offers our Partners with opportunities to network with Chapter Members; opportunities to present products and services to Members who have purchasing power; advertising through the Chapter’s website and newsletter; and sponsorship opportunities of Chapter events. Industry Partners are recommended by Chapter Members based on their experience and relationship with the vendor or contractor. Community Service
Each year, IREM Chapter 9 is involved in community service programs dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. One of the goals of the Institute of Real Estate Management is to be socially responsive to the needs of our communities.
